Bob Stroller Straps / Harness Buckle Replacement
Wrist straps and shoulder pads can be replaced if they are missing or worn down.
Anti-fly out strap, located near the center of the stroller, is used to prevent the child from “flying out” when the stroller hits a big bump.
Harness Buckle Replacement
Lot of owners of Bob stroller are finding it difficult to find a replacement for harness buckle and the strap itself, in case it tears. However, it seems, you have to buy the entire seat as replacement (you can’t buy the buckle or the strap).
One way to fix it is to buy webbing of the same width from a fabric store and take to a dry cleaning/ mending place or buy mending needles, heavy duty thread and hand sew yourself. Its not as difficult as it seems. If you don’t want to do it, take it to a shoe repair guy or someone else (seamstress) who can sew it back on, and fix the worn out seat strap.
Other parents bought a high chair replacement set and it worked fine as a replacement for the crotch strap!

Canopy kit
The canopy kit is made of steel bars, nuts, and knobs that can be used to repair a broken canopy or hood. Over time, the fastening mechanism of the canopy gets worn down, and it doesn’t stay firm or in place.
Missing nuts and knobs of a canopy can be replaced easily with a canopy kit.
Bob Stroller: Wheels / Tires / Tubes Replacement
This is a commonly used replacement part among all BOB stroller parts. If you get a flat tire on your BOB stroller (Revolution or any other model), its easy to buy and change the inner tube of the tire/wheel. You can easily fix this part yourself. Just make sure you order the right dimension for your tire.

Brake Related
Brake pads: Some BOB strollers use a caliper braking system. You need a new set of brake pads if the brake pads on your stroller has thinned out or is cracked.
Braking cable: The caliper braking mechanism is connected to the brake clamps through a special tension cable. If this cable is worn or cut, the caliper brake will no longer work.
Disk brake: Some BOB strollers are equipped with rear disc brakes (similar to cars and motorcycles). If the disk brakes have thinned out, it must be replaced to improve the performance of the stroller.
Brake lever: In case the brake lever of the Bob stroller breaks (due to whatever reason), the whole assembly (hard plastic and iron) will have to be replaced.
Fabric screws
The various fabrics used on BOB strollers are secured by a round screw called the ‘fabric screw’. Over time, these may become loose, and fabric screws can be lost if not tightened regularly.
