I purchased this dog stroller from Amazon on July 2, 2020. A friend of mine accidentally stepped on the back wheel so now it is wobbly . I am assuming she bent the wheel and now I need to replace it. Do you have that in your inventory? More specs from Amazon below along with a link to the product.

Hello – I recently purchased a VIAGDO pet stroller. It has literally been the most amazing thing for my old girl. But last week when I went to go on a walk the front wheel was not working properly. We turned around and looking into it more. Upon investigate there is a main piece that is worn out and in doing search I have found people state that folding the stroller down without removing the wheel really destroys the stroller. (Which I have been doing) Now we are just trying to replace the part. I don’t know the terminology and we were not given a manual with the stroller, however I can send pictures.

Hi, so my pet stroller I’ve had for a few years, well the one tire cap came off and the washer and other piece came off, so we thought we fixed it, but went to use it again today and the whole tire came apart again, so looking for a cap, new washer, and the other do hickey, that goes with it. The front wheel on the pet stroller won’t turn right and 2 bearings fell out. It looks like the spindle that the shell is attached to has loosened and it can’t be tightened.. Is there a part assembly that I can buy to fix this wheel?
I have a Pet Gear double pet stroller. I removed the rear wheels to try to get the rust off. Lost the black plastic cogs that enable the brake to become engaged and the wheels won’t lock back on. Anyone know where to buy replacement cogs?
I have a Maylai Pet Stroller and need the pins for the back wheels (the single wheels as opposed to the double front wheels).
They do not seem to have an official website. Please try contacting local pet stroller parts retailers or contacting general pet supply stores to see if they carry replacement parts for the Maylai Pet Stroller. You could even check on eBay.
But the Petbobi Large dog stroller from an auction. It was missing the handle. The company hasnt responded to me.
I bought the gen7 jogger last year in May so it’s exactly one year old and I use it daily for short walks with my very old 30lb dog. It has worked perfectly for many months, but during the last 3 months one of the back wheels has fallen off while in use several times. It will click back in when put back on and tapped with my foot but sometimes it takes several tries before it clicks in. How come this is happening when it didn’t before and is there anything I can do to prevent it?
