UPPAbaby VISTA Adapters (upper and lower) let you connect Bassinet, Toddler Seat, or the Mesa Infant Car Seat to your UPPAbaby VISTA stroller. You get both Upper adapters as well as lower adapters that let you easily convert your vista into a double stroller.
Basics
Why you need these adapters?
The UPPAbaby VISTA is extremely popular as well as a versatile stroller that allows multiple configurations and allows you to accommodate two kids by using different makes of infant car seats.
However, attaching an infant car seat requires you to use compatible adapters.
In case, you wish to use your VISTA as a double stroller (or wish to attach UPPAbaby MESA infant car seat or bassinet), you will require adapters, – upper adapter or the lower adapter – depending on where you want to place the additional seat.
- Upper adapter: Use it to provide space between the top and bottom seats (place the two seats further apart).
- Lower adapter: Use the bassinet on the bottom seat or if you want to add a second car seat.
How to use these?
Uppababy makes it very easy for you to set these up on the stroller; you just have to follow the color-coded signs on the stroller.
No separate adapters are required to attach the UPPAbaby MESA infant car seat to the VISTA single stroller. But if you own a different car seat (besides MESA) then you will need a car seat adapter to attach your infant car seat to UPPAbaby VISTA

- For a toddler, you will require a toddler seat (for use in the upper seat)
