Have a heavy stroller and worried that it may tip over? Here’s a nice stroller hack. You can attach ankle weights (the ones that you use for fitness) to prevent tipping.
Strollers are available in several designs and colors, but even then it is not possible to find everything that you’re looking for in that one stroller.
So if you have got yourself a lightweight stroller that is nice to handle, fold and maneuver, that’s a great thing. But some strollers with similar configurations tend to be wobbly, and with certain models there’s this worry that the stroller may tip over, especially when you go over rough terrain or for jogging.
Here’s an easy stroller hack that will get rid of that worry.
Attach ankle weights around the front legs to avoid tipping.
You get accessories to prevent tipping, in case you don’t want to use ankle weights:
- There is a product that people use on some strollers (Maclaren and others), known as a kickstand, like those that attach to a bicycle.
- Another product is “Tip me Nots” (Tip Me Not/Baby Bonanza company went out of business).
These are good, but adds weight to the stroller.
