Mueller Sports Tape (or cork tape)
There’s an easy way to fix broken foam handles on your baby gear, just use Mueller Sports Tape (or cork tape) – it’s an affordable and easy solution to repairing your handles.
Mueller tape has many uses, is of great quality, and comes in great colors (though I prefer black). It tears easily and sticks just enough. The tape comes in a ziplock-type bag for easy and clean storage.

Using a Bike Handlebar Tape for Stroller
Lot of people, who own bikes, use wrap handlebars. It means even you could try using bike handlebar tape for the stroller. Just pick up some thick, cushy, tape up at a bike store and get on with your DIY project.
Get the old rubber off your handle, make sure it’s clean, and put the tape roll in action.
Starting on one side, begin wrapping the tape, keep doing that all the way around.
Once you’re happy with the wrapping, its symmetry, you can use some finishing tape or electrical tape to secure the handlebar tape.
