GoGo Babyz Kidz Travelmate: Review
Once you buy the product, make sure you spend some time getting used to this product.
Practice attaching this thing on your car-seat and taking it apart, with your child on it, before you go on your first trip. This will ensure your child doesn’t roam about while you’re setting this thing up.
You may have to assemble/de-assemble this thing at the airport, possibly going through security (if they won’t hand-check it). So PRACTICE doing all this with your child in the seat.
The “quick release” wheels on the gogo Kidz Travelmate makes it easy to remove the gogo Kidz Travelmate from their car seat, just in case, when going through security (if the car seat will not fit through the x-ray machine). However, the manufacturers still recommend that you ask security to take the car seat and gogo Kidz to the side to be scanned with the hand wand. Some TSAs may not agree, but it never hurts to ask!

Assembly Instructions
Its easy to set this thing up, just read the instructions provided. Here’s how its done.
- Place the bottom of the carseat onto the two little “pegs” of plastic at the bottom of the GO GO Kidz so the car seat is evenly centered on the pegs, with the back of your car seat butting up against the big plastic square of the GO GO Kidz.
- Take the plastic strap on the right side of GO GO Kidz unit and insert it through the back of your carseat (behind the padding), so it’s between the padding of the car seat and the plastic back of the car seat.
- Put the plastic strap out the other opening on the opposite side of the carseat and feed the plastic strap into the silver ratchet mechanism that’s attached to the left side of the GO GO Kidz unit. You can even latch the GO GO Kidz strap into any of the safety mechanisms (snaps or latches) that you may have behind the padding of your carseat.
- Pull up on the silver ratchet several times and it will automatically tighten the strap securely around the car seat.
- If you have to remove this thing from the car-seat, just push the black release plastic tab on the ratchet and pull the plastic strap out while keeping the release depressed.
