My husband is over 6 feet but I’m only 5’5″. So will the handle extender be inconvenient to me?.
The best thing about using the extender is that it doesn’t obstruct you from using the stroller’s own handle. Even when the extender is attached, you can still access the stroller’s handle, so grip the handle that’s most comfortable to you or to your husband or for the caretaker.
Are they easy to install / setup?
Yes, it’s easy and you don’t require any special tools to attach the Stroller Handle Extender. The Velcro straps attach to the crossbar and on either side of your stroller’s handle. The steps are intuitive, but you can still find the full instructions included on the package.
Do you need to remove The Stroller Handle Extender in order to fold the stroller?

Usually, they stick to black color so that it goes with most colors of the strollers. So expect the foam grip and Velcro straps to be black in color.
Difference between Stroller Handle Extender and a Stroller Handlebar Extender?
Usually, strollers that have two separate handles, such as the ones on an umbrella stroller, you’ll need stroller handle extenders, whereas if your stroller only has one single horizontal handlebar, you will need the stroller handlebar extender.
The mechanism is more or less similar; its quite easy because of the clipping mechanism. Once the handles are at the right height, you need to tighten the wing nuts to hold the extenders in place.
As you can see, the best part about stroller accessories is that they let you extend the functionality of a stroller for a minimum cost. A stroller stretcher is an accessory that you can use to extend the handles of your stroller. Its perfect for parents of shorter frame. Most parents have this real problem with strollers – kicking the back wheels. Most parents stoop so they can get their feet back from the rear wheels. But, as you can imagine, it can become a pain after some time.
That’s what a Stroller Stretcher takes care of. These are available in different designs – as separate bars or as a single bar.
A stroller stretcher is not exactly a bar handle, but more like separate metal tubes (with foam), bent into a bunch of right angles. These are designed to work with Umbrella strollers.
There are some extenders that have one horizontal piece.
You also get a fully adjustable foam-covered aluminum bar that extends 10 in. up and 7 in. back toward the stroller’s center. It clamps to either stroller handle for right or left-handed users.
If your back hurts because of bending over your toddler’s stroller when pushing it around, a Stroller Stretcher is a nice solution.
Final Words: Stroller/Pram Handle Extender
Stroller Handle Extender Set: Lot of parents (especially those who are on the taller side) complain that the umbrella handlebars on strollers are not tall enough for them to push without bending, which when done over a period of time causes back ache.
It seems that almost all the folding strollers nowadays are made for shorter people, those under 5ft 6″ who have a short stride. So if you’re even slightly taller, its likely that you will end up kicking the back of your stroller.
A Pram handle extender can help such users, and its a workable solution if you walk up and down any surface. Its a great help for tall people. Not only does it make it convenient to walk, the feel of the grip on the hands is also great. It feels great and the extra height and stride space makes tall users a happy lot when they are out with the pram. The handlebar adds length to the pram when fitted, but on some prams it could disable the folding mechanism. So just be aware of that.

Does the Englacha extender make the stroller handle taller or just extends the distance behind the stroller? I want an extender for our dog stroller to give me a higher grip so that I do not have to bend over to push my senior dogs.
It depends on the angle at which you attach the extender to the handlebar, so basically you can increase the height of the stroller handlebar.
Is the Englacha really universal and attaches to most strollers?
The mount is universal and quite versatile, it can be mounted on straight, curved and umbrella stroller handles.
It even works with tandem double strollers that have the profile/width of a single stroller as the configuration suits fitting the handlebar extender on the stroller.
It can even attach to a twin/side by side double stroller but you may not be able to comfortably push the stroller because of the wider width of such stroller.
Can you adjust the width on the Mee go or Englacha? I’m looking to put an extender on a ride one push car/ buggy ie. Cozy coupes etc. I think these have narrow handlebars on the back of these cute little rides.
No, the width on the Englacha / Mee go cannot be adjusted. I doubt if any of these can be used to extend the Cozy coupe type ride-on push car. May be you should look at a few bike handle extenders, something like this.
I'm looking for the extender pictured at the very top of this post. I bought one years ago to extend the handle of my folding shopping cart and it worked perfectly. I'm buying someone a folding cart for Christmas and I want to include this extender, the same one, but I'm having trouble finding it. That picture is exactly the one I have. Any idea of the brand or where to find it? You don't seem to have it broken out in the article below, though you do picture it again in the "Buying Guide" section titled "Check if your stroller has adjustable handles". The one on the left. Solid bar across.
Shaped like:

Has velcro at the bottom of the two legs and on lower crossbar.
Can you help?
Thanks.
Well, the shape I tried to make with text didn't work. Okay, so if you wanted to have a digital alarm clock style font show the uppercase letter A, that is what I was going for.
Nevermind. Found it here: http://handleextender.com/
