Top pram races around the world are family friendly events (sort of carnivals); these are for fun and not to be taken too seriously.

Introduction

Pram races are attended by many, with competitors in full competitive spirit, they take so much time and trouble to set everything up (dressing up themselves as well as their prams).

Some of these can be ideal family days out, and are usually colorful, exciting, and even quirky.

Participants also decorate their prams; some even make their own prams (most events have prizes for the Best Dressed Prams). Fancy dress is encouraged.

In some races, kids are not allowed to be seated in the pram, for safety reasons.

Prizes are awarded to winning teams and also the best pimped-out buggies.

Star Wars themed pram

Checkout this amazing Star Wars rocket ship outfit that won a prize in the fancy dress category at an annual Ropley pram race.

Two Star Wars-themed prams had participated in the village’s 51st annual pram race.

Both an X-Wing fighter and Han Solo’s Millenium Falcon made their way around the 2.2-mile course. The first prize for the best fancy dress went to Oliver Ferrari and Serge and Gabriel Wynne for their ‘amazing’ Star Wars rocket ship outfit.

Parents Display Creatively Decorated Strollers at Pram Parade

Checkout this pram parade where parents dress up themselves as well as the strollers to take part in the annual pram parade.

Accompanied by a marching band, hundreds of parents take part in the event, showcasing their artistry, and the creatively decorated strollers.

Parents are dressed as soldiers, pirates, cavemen and the strollers are elaborately decorated as boats, cars and tanks during annual pram parade.
