I have often come across parents who complaint about how they miss working out since their baby is born. Having a baby does change your schedule and can leave you with very little time for yourself, let alone exercise. In such times, i suggest why not make the best of what you have and continue exercising.
Exercise is very important for everybody, especially recent mom’s would want to get back into shape after having a baby. But at the same time, leaving your baby behind to hit the gym or run around the park seems impossible to do.

Its true, You can hold the stroller in such a way that it works as a good exercise regime for you. The best part is you can do this while you are out for a walk with your baby in the baby stroller. Your evening walks can now be converted to effective work out sessions.
