Replacement Brake Parts for your stroller.
When using a stroller, you should always put on the brakes whenever you stop. Make sure the pram or stroller has at least one parking brake. It’s also a good idea to use a tether strap.

Over time, due to heat and moisture, and other factors, brake parts could wear out or get corroded. You can now get these parts replaced. Once the parts are worn, you need to replace them so that do not rust as easily.
Its recommended that you regularly clean your stroller, including the brakes – remove grease, brake dust, brake fluids, oils, & other contaminants from brake parts, lining, pads.
Here’s how to install a bike brake (active hand brake) on a Bob Jogging stroller.
Hardware Required:
You may have to take your stroller to the hardware store to find an L bracket of the right size (that has the right length so that the brake is perfectly aligned over the wheel).
The L bracket will go between the stroller leg and this bolt. Try to place the bracket at the centre.
Once the bracket is attached, you may add additional small metal screws to strengthen things up. If you get the self tapping metal screws, they go in pretty easy without pilot holes.
Brake Handle
The L bracket will hold the brake over the tire. After the L bracket is attached, use the bolt and nut (comes with the brake) to attach to the L bracket. Depending on the bracket, you’ll need a washer on both sides of the bracket.
You may have to cut a little bit of the handle to get the mounting bracket around. You may wrap the handle in electrical tape to keep it from falling apart. When you run the cables, make sure there’s enough slack for the stroller to still fold up when your’re done using it.
